The following agencies are represented at the memorial: the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Henderson Police Department, North Las Vegas Police Department, Nevada Department of Corrections, Union Pacific Railroad, United States Marshal Service, and the Nye County Sheriff’s Office.

Speakers at the event include Sheriff Joseph Lombardo, City of Las Vegas Councilman Stavros Anthony and Undersheriff Kevin McMahill as Master of Ceremonies.

Weather-permitting, the ceremony will end with a release of illuminated balloons at sunset.
