LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A local grandfather had a wish to see his adopted granddaughter graduate from UNLV, and that wish was granted.
Joe Kelly raised his granddaughter Kimberly. So, it was essential for him to see her honored for all of her hard work.
However, the dream almost didn't happen as he is in hospice care and wasn't able to travel over the past couple of months.
But thanks to a plan from the team at Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care, Kelly's wish was able to come true.
