LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Locals’ favorite neighborhood bars Distill and Remedy’s will be hosting their third annual #VegasStrong Blood Drives on Oct. 7 and Oct. 14 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

In honor of those affected by the senseless acts of 1 October, the community is encouraged to come out and donate. For every donation made, Distill and Remedy’s will give away a ‘Pint for a Pint’ certificate for a free beer to be redeemed at a later date.

Locals can sign up by clicking here and use code word ‘yourlocalbar’ to reserve a spot. Reservations are highly recommended, but walk-ins are also welcomed.

Donors are required to wear a face mask upon arrival of reservation.

Continuing the tradition of supporting first responders, Distill and Remedy’s will feature a special cocktail for the month of October called the Salty Dog Press for just $10, made with Absolut Grapefruit Vodka, grapefruit juice and a splash of soda with a salted rim.

All proceeds from the Salty Dog Press will go towards the Injured Police Officer’s Fund, which helps reduce the financial burden suffered by police officers and their families in the event of a line of duty injury or death.
