Below is a list of upcoming job fairs in the Las Vegas area.

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring more than 140 workers for one of its new stores in the Las Vegas valley. The 30,000-square-foot store located at 6150 N. Decatur Boulevard, near the northern 215 beltway, will open on Wednesday, Aug. 1, at 7 a.m. and will be the sixth Sprouts to open in Las Vegas. Employment opportunities include department managers, assistant department managers and clerks (produce, meat and seafood, deli, grocery, bakery, vitamins and body care and more), cashiers, courtesy clerks backup receiver, administrative coordinator and scan coordinator. Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson, The One Stop Delivery System and the STOP Coalition are hosting a job fair starting at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 24, at the Whitney Recreation Center, 5712 Missouri Ave., just west of Boulder Highway. Employers and job seekers interested in attending the fair are encouraged to register here.  Registration is not a requirement; however, job seekers can call (702) 822-4229 or e-mail for additional information. Job seekers are encouraged to bring at least 30 copies of their current resumes to give to employers participating in the fair. The fair will offer job seekers opportunities to interview with representatives from multiple companies. No children are allowed to attend the event.  

JOB FAIR AT TEXAS STATION -- MAY 24 is holding a career fair to give job seekers the opportunity to connect with local employers. The career fair will be held on Thursday, May 24, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Texas Station. Some of the employers attending this event include Bed Bath & Beyond, Fair Solutions, Office 1 and Station Casinos. Jobs will be available in customer service, hospitality, retail and sales.
