When the restaurant doors close, the gloves come off as Las Vegas chefs compete in Urban Seed's Back of House (BOH) Brawl.
The event format is similar to other food competitions like "Chopped" or "Iron Chef." Competitors have a limited amount of time to incorporate 5 secret ingredients into a dish of their choice. The winner is named the BOH champion, a title that comes with serious bragging rights.
You can catch the next event at Sand Dollar Lounge on November 11. This week's competition features Chef John Courtney, culinary director of Carson Kitchen, and Chef Nicole Brisson, the executive chef of Carnevino Italian Steakhouse.
The event starts at 10 p.m. and the brawl begins at 1 a.m.
