LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Today, several organizations in the Las Vegas valley are partnering up to help keep kids and teens safe.
CCSD police, Las Vegas police, RTC and several other organizations are hosting a "Kick Off to Summer" safety event.
It starts at 9 a.m. and goes until 1 p.m. at the Boulevard Mall.
Organizers plan to discuss booster seat and seat belt safety, as well as teen driver education, pedestrian and biker safety.
They are also giving out free bike helmets!
