LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Today, Island Pacific Market is holding its grand opening celebration.
The new supermarket is located at Nellis Boulevard and Stewart.
And today at 1 p.m., Nicole Ponseca will be there signing copies of her cookbook.
It's called "I Am A Filipino - And This Is How We Cook."
This is the 3rd Island Pacific location here in the valley.
