HENDERSON (KTNV) — A new recreational park is coming to Inspirada in Henderson.

Attesa Park, a 4.9-acre multi-use park and recreation area, will be located at 2445 Via Centro as part of the Inpirada master-planned community.

"Attesa Park is the perfect addition to Inspirada, which already boasts unique community programming and a diverse range of residences developed by acclaimed builders," said Brian Kunec, managing member of Inspirada.

Attesa Park will be the fifth park in Inspirada and expected to cost $4.3 million. It will feature a children's play area, basketball courts, group ramada, dog parks, a resident-only pool, and more.

"Inspirada prides itself on creating a quality of life, attributed to the walkability of the community, lush landscaping, recreational areas, and the natural wonders that surround it," Kunec said.

Attesa Park is expected to be complete by the end of 2020.

Inspirada is already home to four other parks that include Aventura, Capriola, Potenza, and Solistaalso. It is also a gateway to Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area that features a moderate four-mile loop with unique wildlife, seasonal waterfalls, rock art, and more than 1,600 petroglyphs.

There are 3,500 households in Inspirada, with 85 acres of parks.

Homebuyers can find homes ranging from around $250,000 to more than $500,000.
