Southern Nevada home prices are continuing to rise.
The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors reports sales are increasing even though there is a shrinking housing supply.
The median price of an existing single-family home sold in February was $240,000.
That is up nearly 1 percent from January and almost 9 percent from a year ago.
