Home prices across Las Vegas are on the rise.
Prices in February rose by 6.1 percent compared to the same time last year, and according to CoreLogic, they're expected to keep rising.
On a month-to-month basis, prices increased 0.7 percent in February compared to January.
Nationwide, home prices are predicted to rise another 5 percent over the next year.
