Home sales and prices of homes are up in Las Vegas and it is a sellers' market.
The median price for a single-family home in Las Vegas is currently $242,000, which is a 10 percent increase since last year.
The number of home sales are increasing too. Sales are nearly up 15 percent so far this year.
