LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A groundbreaking took place on Wednesday for a new Delta Hotel by Marriott.
It will be located near the Palms near Flamingo Road and Valley View Boulevard.
The 24-story hotel will have 300 rooms and a rooftop pool. It is expected to open late 2021.
