LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — An animal rescue in Las Vegas is celebrating the new decade with reduced adoption fees.
In honor of the "new roaring 20s," Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions is having a Great CATsby event through Jan. 19.
During the Great CATsby adoption event adoption fees are reduced to the following prices:
- Adult cats (over age 1): $60
- Adult cat pair: $110
- Kittens (under age 1): $75
- Kitten pair: $125
The rescue says all cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and that these services would normally cost over $300.
Homeward Bound is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Friday until 8 p.m. The organization is closed on Monday.
Cats and kittens are also available for adoption at PetSmart in the McCarran Marketplace at 5915 S. Eastern Avenue and Petco in the Eastern Beltway at 2340 E. Serene Avenue. Hours for both of these facilities are Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
