LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — These are uncertain times and many Las Vegas charities are stretched thin while they assist so many locals in need this year amid the pandemic.
Giving Tuesday is a day to give back to these charities and is celebrated around the globe on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving.

This year, Giving Tuesday will take place on Dec. 1.
The Charity Gurus have championed the cause locally by helping to create Giving Tuesday Las Vegas, the official Giving Tuesday Community Campaign for Las Vegas charities.
The local campaign has registered 50 participating organizations for the day of unity and giving.
