Frontier announces 5 new routes from Las Vegas airport

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Frontier Airlines has announced 5 new routes from McCarran International Airport.

Nonstop service from Portland, Reno, Seattle and Orange County start Nov. 14 and nonstop service from Newark starts Nov. 15.

An intro fare of $29 one way will be offered to celebrate the new routes.

The new routes are part of 22 new nonstop routes.

“Frontier’s considerable service expansion this week is another milestone in our tremendous growth story,” said Daniel Shurz, senior vice president of commercial for Frontier Airlines. “We’re especially excited to begin service in Newark, growing our presence in the New York City area and creating new travel opportunities for our customers. In addition, we continue to expand our presence in exciting destinations like Las Vegas, Miami Phoenix, and San Juan.”

Frontier says that it is focused more than low fares. They offer customers the ability to customize their tripes and offers free flights to kids.
