Resorts World Las Vegas, the Strip’s newest integrated resort, is providing a first look at the highly anticipated 3,500-room resort’s luxury accommodations by unveiling design plans for its Hilton and Conrad guestrooms.

In February, Resorts World Las Vegas and Hilton a multi-brand deal integrating three Hilton premium brands, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. The US$4.3 billion integrated resort will be operated by Resorts World Las Vegas and is poised to give new life to the Las Vegas Strip.

Resorts World Las Vegas and Hilton have partnered on the overall design concepts, guest experience and service for each guestroom to create an unrivaled, fully integrated resort. Elevating the Las Vegas guestroom standard, accommodations for both the Hilton and Conrad guestrooms include:

Conrad Las Vegas: Premium King and Queen Accommodations
The Conrad premium guest accommodations were designed by West Hollywood-based KNA Designs. Each one of the 550-square foot Conrad premium guestrooms creates a strong connection between contemporary appeal, luxe amenities and curated art to inspire the entrepreneurial spirit of the globally connected traveler.

The Conrad premium guest accommodations carry a bright color scheme with bold textures and a mixture of metal and organic contrasting elements. The theme of fluidity is carried throughout the guestrooms with wave-patterned carpeting and drapery. An expansive wood wall in the entry foyer provides a well-appointed wardrobe and private bar accented with gold geometric details. The in-room entertainment wall features a LED TV floating above a sculpturally textured white cabinet for a moment of quiet repose in the space.

The bright and modern aesthetic of the Conrad rooms continues into the bathroom with elegant pops of red in the custom vanity niche and accent tiles in the glass walk-in rain shower. A bold geometric custom designed LED mirror, double vanity, luxurious in-shower stone bench, rain-shower head and other premium amenities and luxe bath fittings.

Curated art pieces commissioned especially for Resorts World Las Vegas are inspired by the notion of the Chinese “Water Sleeve Dance,” which emphasizes the fluidity and versatility of line in color in space, further building upon the free-flowing theme that simultaneously bring a statement of elegance and sense of calm to the space. This special collection of commissioned pieces adorn the walls of the Conrad premium guestrooms and will also be displayed throughout the Conrad hotel public areas, creating a thread of design continuity from the moment of arrival to private guest moments.

From a primary color palette of deep blues, golds and neutral cream tones, to rich textiles dotted with geometric, free-flowing patterns and statement artwork, the Hilton deluxe collection exude a handsome, residential feel that’s both modern and warm.

These 400-square-foot deluxe guestrooms seamlessly blend functionality with comfort, providing a custom-tailored space for both work and play.
