Dunkin' Donuts is giving away free coffee in support of the Las Vegas community on Nevada Day.

"The entire Las Vegas community showed that it is #VegasStrong, displaying resilience, compassion, and kindness following the Oct. 1 tragedy," Dunkin' Donuts wrote in a statement to the press. They say they're giving away a free medium hot or iced coffee to show their appreciation to Southern Nevada residents.

The offer is good all day on Oct. 27 at participating restaurants in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson.

Dunkin' Donuts also donated 1,500 pounds of ground coffee to the local American Red Cross Nevada Blood Services to encourage blood donations.

Those who give blood through the Red Cross from Nov. 18 through Dec. 22 in Las Vegas will get a free pound of Dunkin' Donuts ground coffee while supplies last. You can schedule a donation at redcrossblood.org, or call 1-800-RED-CROSS.
