The fourth annual Downtown Throwdown Barbecue Championships took place Saturday.
The 4th annual event in downtown Las Vegas featured a chili cookoff and barbecue cookoff. Those who went got to enjoy samples from the best barbecue cooks around.
More than 32 teams from all over the western U.S. were competing for a share of a $10,000 prize and a shot at an invite to one of two world championship contests.
