Hundreds of dogs "barked in the park" in Henderson Saturday.
The city of Henderson hosted its 13th annual Bark in the Park event at Cornerstone Park. An estimated 3,500 people also attended.
Saturday's event featured contests, vendors and demonstrations from the Henderson Police Department's K-9 unit.
Several rescue groups had dogs in need of a home. More than 500 dogs have been adopted at Bark in the Park during the past 12 years.
