Where to celebrate Star Wars Day: May the 4th be With You in Las Vegas

What started as a pun shared by fans of "Star Wars" has now become a full-fledged holiday. The once-a-year celebration features a variety of festivities around the world.

PUB 365 at Tuscany Suites & Casino is hosting Star Wars Day Eve from 3:30 to 6 p.m. May 3. Festivities include a meet and greet with Master Cicerone (one of 16 in the world), Brewmaster and Certified Sommelier Rich Higgins, beginning at 3:30 p.m.; a special “Jedi Training” happy hour from 4 – 6 p.m., where guests who show up in a Star Wars-related costume will receive 20 percent off their entire bill; and an assortment of unique brews from Big Dog’s Brewing Company, 21st Amendment Brewery and Brooklyn Brewery.

Rogue Toys is hosting a May the 4th Star Wars Day party from 5 to 8 p.m. May 4. There will be free Star Wars swag, game stations, a bounce house, a free build-a-saber station and more.

Crown Electric Tattoo is offering $20 tattoos for May the Fourth Be With You. They are also offering half-priced piercings.

Kenny Davidson will be celebrating the Fourth of May with a special show at 8:30 p.m. May 4 inside Tuscany Suites.

Head to The Whisky Attic for a "historical" bourbon tasting celebrating the signing of the law that made bourbon America's favorite spirit. The movie "Star Wars" will be shown during the tasting. Free to members, $25 non-members.

Millennium Fandom Bar is hosting a party for May the 4th. Cosplayers, droids and light sabers welcome. No cover.

Minus5 Ice Experience inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian/The Palazza is celebrating May the 4th Be With You with an Stormtrooper inspired ice sculpture. Standing over 6-feet tall, fans can celebrate in true fashion, and commemorate May the Fourth alongside Minus5’ handcrafted Stormtrooper-inspired ice sculpture, made of 1,800 lbs. of ice. The Stormtrooper-inspired is the newest addition to Minus5 Ice Experience at the Grand Canal Shoppes, where everything is made of ice – the walls, benches, sculptures and chandeliers — and even the cocktail glasses guests’ drink from.  

The Nerd is also hosting a May the 4th party. There will be themed drinks and surprise celebrity appearances.

The Little Shop of Magic on Flamingo Road is celebrating Star Wars Day from 1 to 11 p.m.
