Nov. 6 is National Nacho Day and there is no lack of great nachos in the Las Vegas area. Here is a list of just a few. 

Overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, BEER PARK at Paris Las Vegas is home to the delicious Chile Verde Nachos, a plate of crispy tortilla chips topped with Montejo braised house-smoked pork, cooked inthe venue’s custom-made Budweiser Beechwood Grill and Smoker, Hatch green chiles, cheese sauce, baked beans, herb crema and cotija cheese, priced at $13.95.

Turn it up a nacho with Cabo Wabo Cantina! The Strip-side cantina does Nachos Day right with their delicious, cheese-filled platters. Nacho lovers can enjoy Cabo’s signature nacho platter, topped with house blend cheese, beans, jalapenos, cojita cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. Breakfast lovers can celebrate the holiday as well with the huevos de nacho, Cabo’s signature nachos coated with two fried eggs.   

Dirt Dog is featuring their Elote Nachos for National Nacho Day at their recently-opened location at Grand Bazaar on Las Vegas Strip. Made with Cotija cheese, lime, mayo, chili powder, cilantro, jalapeños, roasted corn and bacon crumbles.

Jaburritos (both location) puts a unique spin on nachos, turning them into jachos. The Redondo
Jachos are made with tortilla or taro chips topped with ahi tuna, salmon, yellowtail, wasabi mayo, cucumber, masago, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro and queso. The Malibu Jachos are made with tortilla or taro chips topped with ebi shrimp, surimi crab, chipotle mayo, avocado, cucumber,
romaine lettuce, cilantro, wonton strips and queso.

Nacho Daddy is celebrating Nacho Day with the soon-to-be-famous, crave-worthy Nacho Flight.
The North of the Border nacho flight ($13.5) features Buffalo Hot Nachos, Naho Average Burger Nachos, and BBQ Chicken Nachos. The South of the Border Flight ($17.50) includes Supreme
Tostado Nachos, Fiest Nachos, and Enchilada Nachos. And, if you are looking for dessert, try the Caramel Apple Nachos made with simmered Granny Smith apples.

Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will be serving their Nachos
Diablos dish exclusively for the cheesy holiday! Nacho-lovers can chow down on a choice of diablo marinated chicken or shrimp on toasted corn tostaditas, layered with beans, covered with cheddar and jack cheeses and topped with diced tomatoes, jalapenos, chives, sour cream, and guacamole with spicy diablo sauce drizzled on top. Available one day only, the Nachos Diablos is priced at $13.95 for chicken, and $14.95 for shrimp.

Umami Burger, Beer Garden & Sports Book at SLS Las Vegas is bringing the heat for National
Nachos Day with their Beef Barbacoa Loaded Nachos. This cheesy surprise is created with tortilla chips, beef barbacoa, black olives, house beer-cheddar, pickled jalapeños, avocado, salsa and sour cream, priced at $13.95.

The pork belly nachos at Culinary Dropout inside the Hard Rock Hotel are always a good choice.
They are priced at $9 during Happy Hour, which is 3 to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

If you are looking for vegan nachos, try the Trach Can Nachos with no meat at Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The LINQ. The nachos are done Motley Que-BBQ style with corn tortilla chips, nacho cheese sauce, jalapeños, crema, pico de gallo and chipotle BBQ sauce.
