LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Fremont Street Experience will premiere a new Viva Vision light show featuring the Grammy Award-winning duo The Chainsmokers on Friday.
Event representatives said music fans of all ages are invited to join on the 3rd Street Stage to experience the six-minute musical montage on the world's largest single video screen - Viva Vision.
The show will feature The Chainsmokers' chart-topping hits, including "Closer," "Don't Let Me Down," and "Roses" with a start time of 9 p.m.
Friday's event will be the first compilation to debut since the start of a $32 million renovation to the iconic Viva Vision canopy.

Renovations to the city-owned Viva Vision canopy, which are planned to be completed by Dec. 31, are being done in sections to ensure visitors can still enjoy the light shows throughout the entire process, according to a Fremont Street Experience spokesperson.
The canopy spans five city blocks and sits 90 feet above one of the most vibrant streets in Las Vegas.
The Chainsmokers' complimentary light and sound show will continue to run seven days a week after Friday's opening and rotate with other musical montages from artists such as Green Day, Imagine Dragons, The Killers, Tiesto and more.
