Station Casinos is upping its commitment to culinary excellence in 2021 with the conversion of its Grand Cafés to Lucky Penny at Red Rock Casino and Green Valley Ranch and to Brass Fork at Boulder Station, Santa Fe Station and Sunset Station.

Each café will offer elevated dishes and feature a playful menu of modern American cuisine with a twist of worldly flavors and the traditional café classics for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The popular Lucky Penny Café concept from Palms Casino will bring great fortune to guests when it debuts its menu at Red Rock Casino and Green Valley Ranch on Feb. 24.

Later in the spring, Brass Fork will launch its comforting kitchen concept, currently open at Palace Station with an all new menu, to even more Las Vegas Valley neighborhoods when it opens additional locations at Boulder Station, Santa Fe Station and Sunset Station in early April. Grand Cafés will remain open until then.

Guests can expect an elevated version of the Station Casino café staples for which they are known. Director of Culinary Operations, Chef Joseph Kudrak, created the new menus in collaboration with the property teams and has been working closely with them to perfect and deliver a refined café experience.

Each café will be fully stocked with pastries fresh from the bakery, all the toasts for the IG feed and fresh-pressed juices, coffee and tea.

Lucky Penny
Whether guests are looking for breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner or just a late-night snack, Lucky Penny offers an inventive fusion of menu items that satisfy anytime of the day. From fluffy Lemon-Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes to inventive dishes like the Garbanzo Benedict, Egg White Enchilada, and the Penny Benny, the breakfast section offers a fulfilling start to the morning. To complement the breakfast/brunch experience, guests can also imbibe with classic café-inspired cocktails such as the Farmer’s Market Mary, The Coffee Roaster, and the Creamsicle Mimosa.

Continuing with the excitement, guests can indulge in a variety of starters, salads, sandwiches and burgers perfect for a lunchtime recharge. Highlights at Lucky Penny include a Vegas Cheesesteak, Calamari Fries, the soon-to-be hit the Pizza-Dilla and the favorite, The Penny Burger.

Brass Fork

With an all new, recently debuted menu full of American classics with a twist, the Brass Fork kitchen offers too many sweet and savory items to choose from. This April, the Brass Forks will take over the Grand Cafés at Boulder Station, Santa Fe Station and Sunset Station.

Breakfast menu highlights include the Chicken Enchilada Omelet, Bacon & Egg Fried Rice, Prime Rib Hash and the tasty Churro Waffle. For lunch or dinner, guests can indulge on the Beach House Tacos, General Tso Cauliflower, Elote Grilled Cheese and the Cheddar Popper Burger.

For dessert, guests can indulge in a selection of hand-made muffins, cookies, cakes, macaroons and donuts or check out the ice cream cone station that offers a variety of soft-serve flavors inside house-made waffle cones dipped in chocolate and served with a choice of fun candy shop favorite toppings.

The transformation of the cafes offers guests a robust variety of healthy options using fresh and quality ingredients and even provides a healthier menu for guests on the go, featuring a collection of nutritious items that cater to a variety of diets including vegan, gluten-free and keto.
