Station Casinos offers bowling, movie deals for summer

Station Casinos’ bowling lanes and movie theaters are offering special deals this summer for families to beat the heat and have some fun.
 
BOWLING
At Texas Station’s Texas Star Lanes, guests can enjoy $1 bowling games every Thursday through August, from 7:30 a.m.-midnight. Shoe rental is not included, but the snack bar is getting in on the action every Thursday, too, with $1 hot dogs and nachos from 11 a.m. until the snack bar closes. The Texas Star Lanes also offer an early bird special Monday through Friday where bowling is $1 per person per game from 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays it’s $1.50 during those same time frames.
 
Santa Fe Station is having $2 Tuesdays featuring $2 bowling games, $2 shoes and $2 food and beverage specials at the Keglers Bar & Grill and Keglers Bar from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. And on Fridays, the Santa Fe Lanes host a Cosmic Happy Hour from 5-7 p.m. with $3 games.

Red Rock Resort’s Red Rock Lanes offers After Dark Specials Sunday through Thursday from 9-11 p.m. with $2 bowling games. From 11 p.m. to close Sunday through Thursday, games are $1.50 per person, with $2 domestic draft beer and $3 well drinks.
 
Every Wednesday from 1-3 p.m., the Red Rock Lanes are hosting a family-friendly summer movie camp. For $15, guests receive rental shoes, two hours of bowling, hot dog, chips, soda and the movie of the week. On July 13 guests can watch “Frozen,” and July 20 brings “Minions.” July 27’s movie is “Hotel Transylvania 2,” and Aug. 3 will feature the 2015 “Cinderella.” Aug. 10 will play “SpongeBob: Sponge Out of Water” and Aug. 17 will have “The Good Dinosaur.”
 
MOVIES
Texas Station’s Regal Cinemas is also hosting a summer series Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10 a.m. through Aug. 10. Guests can enjoy two G or PG rated movies for $1 per ticket, and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Will Rodgers Pioneers Foundation. The schedule is: July 12 and 13 “Minions” and “The Peanuts Movie,” July 19 and 20 “Alvin and The Chipmunks: The Road” and “Curious George,” July 26 and 27 “The Book of Life” and “Hotel Transylvania 2,” Aug. 2 and 3 “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2” and “Shaun the Sheep,” Aug. 9 and 10 “The Croods” and “Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax.”
