There will be a celebrity chef meet-and-greet and tasting with Giada De Laurentis on July 13 at Las Vegas Ballpark.
Some of the items on the menu include caponata and marinated olives, chicken marsala meatballs, crab arancini with pomodoro and mezzi rigatoni with vegetable bolognese.
The cost is $40 for those in club level seats and $55 for others.
The highly anticipated appearance has been created in partnership with Las Vegas-based restaurateur and official Hospitality Curator for Las Vegas Ballpark, Sarah Camarota, and industry-leading Triple-A ballpark concessionaire, Professional Sports Catering.
De Laurentis's appearance is one of several chef events planned for the Las Vegas Ballpark's inaugural session. In addition to De Laurentiis, other participating chefs at Las Vegas Ballpark include Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken of Border Grill and BBQ Mexicana; Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla of Andiron Steak & Sea and Honey Salt in Las Vegas; James Beard Award Winner Shawn McClain, of Sage and FIVE50 Pizza Bar at ARIA Resort & Casino, Libertine Social at Mandalay Bay; Brian Howard, chef and owner of Sparrow + Wolf and James Trees from Esther’s Kitchen, just to name a few.
