Carl's Jr. is introducing a new craveable menu item.

It is named the Big Fried Cheese and they are describing it as a "melty, cheesy, ultimate adulting escape for everything from a soul-sucking business meeting to a joyless protein bar "meal."

According to new research from Carl's Jr., 71% of Americans agree that the best part of the week is enjoying delicious food.

The Big Fried Cheese will officially be added to the menu with the launch of the BFC Angus Thickburger at Carl’s Jr.

The BFC Angus Thickburger includes a 1/3 lb. 100% Angus beef burger, charbroiled over an open flame, topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheese coated in a seasoned breading that is fried crispy until golden brown, lettuce, tomato and our Boom Boom sauce, served on a toasted, buttery premium bun. The Thickburger starts at $5.99 (price and participation may vary by location).

The Big Fried Cheese can also be added as an additional topping to any of Carl’s Jr.'s innovative and iconic burgers for a price of $3.00. Price and participation may vary.

However, if you insist of being healthy, don't forget about Capriotti's new meatless cheese steak.
