People around the world are remembering Beatles legend John Lennon. Today is the 35th anniversary of his death.

Here in Las Vegas, there will be a celebration of peace at the Abbey Road Crossing on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas.
The celebration will feature vintage cars, entertainment and special guests. The celebration will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. The public is invited to attend free of charge. A limited number of special commemorative buttons and glow lights will be given to attendees.
Lennon would have been 75 years old today if he had survived.
