Join for a celebration of Nevada Reading Week and African American History Month for Love for Literacy, an annual festival which celebrates literacy within the arts by introducing children to working arts professionals and learning how literacy and creativity are vital to learning and having fun. Activities include writing and arts workshops, face to face discussions with local artists and performers, a State of Literacy and the Arts in Education Town Hall and "Reading Room,” where selected members of the community read stories to children.
