For the Love of Cocktails returns for 3rd year

For the Love of Cocktails is headed back to Las Vegas for the third year in February.

The three-day affairs features a variety of events, a bar crawl in downtown Las Vegas, cocktail truck wars, seminars, a cocktail party, and more.

Meet the Masters of Cocktails will take place Feb. 10 in the lobby bar at The Cromwell. The event will feature cocktails by Salvatore Calabrese Tony Abou-Ganim, Francesco Lafranconi and other skilled mixologists.

Meet the Masters of Wine will follow at Giada. Guests will enjoy a five-course meal paired with rare, fine wines selected by Caesars Entertainment sommeliers.

Meet the Masters of Distilleries will begin at 10 p.m. at the High Roller observation wheel on The LINQ Promenade.

All inclusive tickets are available for $175 per person. Regular ticket prices will be $250 per person.

The first-ever downtown bar crawl will take place on Feb. 11 from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Participating locations include Bin 702, Carson Kitchen, Glutton, Therapy, Downtown Cocktail Room, La Comida, Inspire Theatre, Tokyo 365, Silver Dollar, Velveteen Rabbit, Park on Fremont, Commonwealth, Atomic Liquor, Griffin and Herbs & Rye.

The USBG Cocktail Truck Wars will follow the pub crawl. This late-night cocktail showdown will include eight top USBG mixologists paired with eight popular Las Vegas food trucks to create eight unforgettable food and drink pairings, ultimately competing for the grand title. Early-bird tickets are $25 per person. Regular ticket prices will be $50 per person.

Brand micro-experiences and seminars will take place from noon to 5 p.m. on Feb. 12 and the Grand Gala at Skyfall will take place that evening.

The Grand Gala will feature more than  two dozen handcrafted cocktails by world-renowned mixologists including Tony Abou-Ganim and Francesco Lafranconi. The gala will kick off with a happy hour at Franklin inside Delano Las Vegas. Happy hour will begin at 5 p.m. The Grand Gala will start at 7:30 p.m. Happy hour guests will be able to enter at 6:30 p.m. The Grand Gala will feature more than 25 original cocktails, tastings by Ducasse, and top-tier entertainment and surprises throughout the evening. All-inclusive early bird tickets to the brand micro-experiences, seminars and grand gala will be priced at $100, and regular tickets will be priced at $150.

There will also be an after-party.

Proceeds from For the Love of Cocktails will benefit the Helen David Bartender Relief Fund, which honors the memory of Helen David, master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim’s aunt, beloved bar owner and community leader who lost her battle with breast cancer. In her honor, the Helen David Relief Fund assists women in the bar industry nationwide by providing pre-screening services for breast cancer.
