Farmer Boys celebrating new Las Vegas location

Farmer Boys is celebrating the opening of its 7th location in Las Vegas this weekend.

There will be an official ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. April 22.

The festivities will continue with $2 Big Cheese burgers from 2 to 5 p.m. April 23 and face painting and balloons for kids from 2 to 5 p.m. April 24.

The new location is at 7010 S. Rainbow Blvd., which is just south of Arroyo Crossing Parkway in the southwest part of the valley.

Farmer Boys, which is based in California, is known for its freshly-prepared foods and casual dining-style service. The first Las Vegas restaurant opened in 2008.
