The Pu Pu Platter at Blue Ribbon features tangy BBQ chicken wings tossed in a housemade sauce, pork spare ribs, shrimp, oysters, chicken and duck egg rolls for $21 per person. The tori no tebasaki at Zuma are juicy chicken wings bathed in a sweet sake glaze and paired with a side of sea salt and lime. Cot is $14. CliQue Bar & Lounge offers classic chicken wings paired with creamy blue cheese dipping sauce.
