On Nov. 6, The LINQ Promenade invites guests to celebrate National Nacho Day. The LINQ Promenade’s restaurants offer a variety of nachos visitors can enjoy including traditional options and inventive fusion dishes. While social distancing remains top of mind, The LINQ Promenade’s open-air district provides an ideal setting for guests to enjoy savory dishes and refreshing drinks at numerous eateries.

Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar: Featuring Nachos perfect for sharing, guests can enjoy crispy tortilla chips, black beans, Dos Equis amber beer cheese sauce and sour cream served with either chicken, chorizo or beef. With an array of colorful margaritas served by the glass or pitcher, visitors can indulge in Chayo’s specialty drinks including the Watermelon Jalapeño Margarita made with jalapeño-infused Herradura Double Barrel Reposado, watermelon juice, lime juice, orange liqueur and agave nectar. Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen + Bar: Just steps away from The LINQ Promenade, guests can enjoy Guy Fieri’s sensational Trash Can Nachos at The LINQ Hotel + Experience. Loaded with corn tortilla chips, house-smoked pork, super melty cheese, cheddar cheese, black beans, jalapeños, sour cream, pickled red onions, cilantro, pico de gallo and chipotle BBQ sauce, this tantalizing dish perfectly complements Guy Fieri’s “De la Casa” Margarita made with Patron Silver, Cointreau and fresh lime sour. Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen + Bar is open Thursday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Jaburritos: Combining Mexican and Japanese cuisine, Jaburritos features a wide selection of sushi bowls served with nachos, white sushi rice, brown rice or mixed greens. Nachos made with tortilla chips and queso pair perfectly with the eatery’s wide variety of delicious proteins such as ahi tuna, Gardein® steak, grilled chicken, grilled salmon, yellowtail, salmon, soft shell crab, spicy tuna, surimi crab, sushi ebi shrimp, tempura shrimp and tofu. Jaburritos is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.

Maxie’s: Open daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Maxie’s serves up signature Loaded Nachos on tortilla chips or crispy fries. Perfect for sharing with family and friends, the loaded nachos are made with melted cheese, jalapenos, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and beef or chicken. With a variety of classic milkshakes, guests can also enjoy a sweet treat paired with the tempting appetizer.

Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery: Tilted Kilt offers a festive, modernized, Celtic-themed environment featuring traditional pub appetizers and entrees including Irish Nachos. Featuring house-made potato chips, seasoned beef, pico de gallo and mouthwatering beer cheese sauce, this tempting dish pairs perfectly with one of 58 beers on tap. Guests can also savor Tilted Kilt’s classic Pub Nachos or “Totchos” made with potato tots, seasoned beef, roasted onions and peppers, beer cheese sauce, guacamole, sour cream, black olives and fresh green onions. Tilted Kilt is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.

Virgil’s Real BBQ: Featuring world-famous barbecue tastes of Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, the Carolinas and Missouri, guests can savor Virgil’s mouthwatering BBQ Nachos made with barbecued pulled chicken, Carolina pulled pork, Texas beef brisket and jalapenos. For a refreshing pairing, visitors can sip on Virgil’s classic Bayou Rum Punch spiked with Bacardi Rum and homemade fruit punch. Virgil’s Real BBQ is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Yard House: Adjacent to High Roller, Yard House is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Visitors can enjoy the tasty Poke Nachos made with marinated raw ahi, crispy wontons, avocado, serrano peppers, white truffle sauce, sweet soy ginger sauce, sriracha aioli, cilantro, green onions, nori, sesame seeds. Alternatively, they can opt for the classic Chicken Nachos served with pinto beans, cheddar, Monterey jack, red and green sauce, tomato, cilantro, onions, crushed avocado, sour cream and house pickled jalapeno. Visitors can also pair these tempting options with a light, refreshing Moscow Mule made with New Amsterdam, ginger beer, lime and mint.

OTHER GREAT NACHOS

At Golden Circle Sportsbook and Bar at Treasure Island, guests can enjoy Bases Loaded Nachos, a plate of tortilla chips, cheese sauce, pico de gallo and other fixings topped with choice of pulled chicken ($16.95) or seasoned ground beef ($17.95).
