Three Nevada restaurants were recently named to the Top 100 Restaurants list by OpenTable. Two of the are inside The Cosmopolitan hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip: Rose.Rabbit.Lie and STK. The other is TAO Restaurant and Nightclub inside The Venetian hotel-casino.
The Top 100 list is made up of hip, new restaurants and hot spots featuring celebrity chefs and restaurateurs. They select the restaurants by analyzing more than 5 million reviews of more than 20,000 restaurants across the country submitted by verified diners.
"We're excited to shine a spotlight on these sizzling hot spots and we congratulate them on their unique ability to cultivate deliciously lively experiences for diners, " said Caroline Potter, OpenTable chief dining officer.
STK's flagship restaurant in New York City also made the list.
