The 2016 Billboard Music Awards are underway at T-Mobile Arena Sunday night.
Las Vegas headliner Britney Spears opened the show. She was then set to receive the Billboard Millenium Award.
Fellow headliner Celine Dion is also getting a lifetime achievement award known as the Icon Award. She is performing Queen's "The Show Must Go On."
