Hundreds of people turned out Saturday for Cupid's Undie Run in downtown Las Vegas.

The one-mile run featured people in their undies and other costumes, all to raise awareness and fund research for neurofibromatosis through the Children's Tumor Foundation.

"It's a really silly event, but it's great to see people coming out and supporting something like neurfibromatosis that has not cure, no treatment," said Jeff Leibow, whose daughter has neurofibromatosis. "SO we're here and it means a lot to have all these people come out."

Cupid's Undie Run takes place in 36 cities across the country, with last year's event raising more than $3.5 million.
