Starting on May 3, the Cosmopolitan hotel-casino will host a complimentary weekly chef series at Whole Foods Market at Town Square featuring cooking demonstrations of signature dishes by world-class chefs. Guests will learn how to prepare the chefs' classic dishes in a personal, interactive setting.
The series will take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Tuesday in May inside Whole Foods Market's new restaurant. One lucky attendee will have the opportunity to win a unique dining experience at The Cosmopolitan.
The schedule for the series is as follows:
- May 3: STK Chef Stephen Hopcraft prepares Burrata with tomato, balsamic and basil
- May 10: Jaleo Chef Luis Montesinos creates signature Spanish dishes, gazpacho and pan con tomate
- May 17: Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill Chef Fernando Sposato prepares teriyaki meatball skewers
- May 24: Rose. Rabbit. Lie. Chef Daniel Rossi presents caviar flatbread
