LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The City of Las Vegas has declared Wednesday as "Amanda Neff Day" in honor of a local woman who's been spreading holiday cheer.
Neff is behind the Holiday Lights Map that lists decorated homes around the Las Vegas area.
