LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Could casinos in Las Vegas go cashless? At least one casino is testing it out.
Boyd Gaming is testing out a so-called "digital wallet" at Aliante hotel-casino.
People will be able to load their accounts with money and use their phones to gamble, pay for food, shows, and rooms.
If everything works out, the wallet will be used at Boyd's other properties in the Las Vegas valley by this summer.
