MGM Resorts is doing things a little differently this year to hire the people needed to fill 700 full-time, part-time and on-call seasonal positions at ARIA, Bellagio, Circus Circus Las Vegas, Delano, Excalibur, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand Las Vegas, The Mirage, Monte Carlo, New York-New York, The Signature at MGM Grand, and Vdara.

After applying online, qualified candidates will be invited to complete recorded video interviews. Using a webcam or mobile device, successful candidates will then participate in live online job interviews.
Available positions include bartender, bar porter, bus runner, cocktail server, cook, food server, pool guest attendant, fountain worker, lifeguard, host, kitchen worker and apprentice bartender. Training will begin as soon as February, and the resort pool season generally extends through mid-October.
