UPDATE: Chick-fil-A announces January opening date

UPDATE ON DEC. 09: Chick-fil-A has announced that it will open its two Henderson locations on Jan. 26. The two restaurants will employee more than 100 full- and part-time team members. Both locations are now hiring.

NOV. 29 UPDATE: Chick-fil-A recently announced the local franchise owners of its Henderson restaurants, both of which are slated to open in January.

Dan Mullins is relocating from Murray, Utah to take over the Chick-fil-A at Stephanie and Warm Springs, while Dave Taplin from Mesa, Arizona will take charge of the restaurant in Diamond Summit Plaza.

Those interested in working for Chick-fil-A can apply by visiting the hiring trailers at each restaurant site. Over 100 full and part-time workers are needed, 

ORIGINAL STORY

HENDERSON (KTNV) -- Chick-fil-A is one step closer to coming to the valley.

The popular restaurant broke ground on the first of two locations in Nevada. This one will be at Diamond Summit Plaza, near Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway in Henderson.

The second location will be at Stephanie Street and Warm Springs Road, also in Henderson. Construction crews will break ground at that site next week.
