BRAVO! Cucina Italiana celebrated its first year in Nevada with a "BRAVO! Cucina Italiana Day!" proclamation made by Mayor Andy Hafen.
Hafen joined Executive Chef Luis Monge for a festive pizza toss, then helped deliver lunch to the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada, Donald W. Reynolds Clubhouse.
BRAVO! Cucina Italiana is a polished casual restaurant in which all cooking is done in full view of the guest, creating the energy of a live theater.
