The Aliante hotel-casino in the northwest area will have a new owner soon.
Boyd Gaming Corp. has announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase ALST Casino Holdco, the holding company for Aliante.
Aliante opened in 2008 and is an upscale, resort-style casino and hotel offering accomodations, gaming, dining, entertainment and retail.
Aliante will be Boyd Gaming's first property in North Las Vegas and 10th property in Southern Nevada.
