5. Big Dog's Winterfest is happening Jan. 30 at Big Dog's Brewing on North Fancho Drive. The annual event will feature 40 brews, delicious stews, live tunes, raffles and more. 7. Rising country star and Las Vegas native Sierra Black will showcase her talents with two free shows at Santa Fe Station on Jan. 29 and 30. Black began singing when she was 6 years old and recently released a new single titled "Casino." 8. If you love steampunk, head to Main Street Station/California Casino Jan. 29-31 for Steamathon 2 -- The Empire 2016.
