LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Mama Bird Southern Kitchen has been a Las Vegas favorite since opening in July of 2018.
But since the stay at home order was issued the restaurant has been empty and the staff looks different.
Zach Substanley, the general manager at Mama Bird, said they had to make quite a few cuts but their hopeful they will be able to bring their full staff back.
Despite changes the restaurant is giving back when they can.
"We made a generous donation to the staff at St. Rose Hospital to say thank you," Substanley said.
Right now, Mama Bird is relying on pick-up and delivery orders to keep afloat.
Mama Bird Southern Kitchen is located on 10550 Southern Highlands Pkwy #140, Las Vegas, NV 89141.
Mama Bird is offering 10% all pick-up orders.
