Biggs' son, Doe Henderson, created the menu, and her banana pudding quickly put Fry Dayz on the map.
Although Gov. Steve SIsolak has given the green light for restaurants to reopen their dining rooms, Fry Dayz co-owner Gerald Lacey II says not yet.
"There seems to be new cases and we want to take precaution," said Lacey. "The safety of our employees and our customers are most important."
