Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas is in phase one of building 20 single-family attached homes in the Pittman Community of Henderson, which is the largest build in the nonprofit’s history.  Six homes are expected to be complete by Summer/Fall 2018.

The homes are sold at no profit through a zero-interest mortgage to families earning less than 80% of area median income. Families invest sweat equity to help build Habitat homes, including the one they will eventually purchase.  The program also includes financial literacy classes and other support to participating families.

Many habitat homes are built with the help of 3 "Restore" locations. Proceeds from each purchase go back to helping build homes across the valley.
