On March 18, Cirque du Soleil will debut its fourth annual One Night for ONE DROP at The Smith Center for Performing Arts, bringing the global masterpiece to one of Las Vegas' most iconic artistic destinations.
For the first time ever, the two creative giants will share the same stage to host the star-studded gala, with GRAMMY-nominated singer-songwriter Leona Lewis and beloved child actor Miles "Baby Boogaloo" Brown, a.k.a. "Jack Johnson" from ABC's 'Black-ish', starring alongside some of the world's greatest acrobatic performers.
The show will make history as Artistic Director Hassan El Hajjami welcomes members from other iconic Las Vegas productions such as Jubilee!, with about 50% of the cast originating from non-Cirque shows.
Based off of Hassan's own childhood story in Morocco, One Night for ONE DROP 2016 is a completely original, one-night-only production that will feature powerful movements, messages and music as the cast journeys on a quest for water. Since its inception in 2013, the event has raised more than $17 million, forever changing the lives of millions of women and children across the globe.
