A video on social media shows fraternity brothers in New York allegedly forcing a dog to drink beer at an off-campus party.
The video was shared more than 100,000 times on Monday. Officials with Hofstra University officials called the behavior unacceptable and put the chapter on "cease and desist" while they investigate the incident.
