Alcid Jean, 44, went before a judge after police say he had sex with women and never told them he was HIV-positive.
Jean now faces five counts of an unlawful act referencing a sexually transmitted disease.
He was released from jail after posting $2,500 bail. Arrest warrants say Jean is a Disney employee and was arrested at his job. Reports claim the media company says he's been placed on unpaid leave depending on the outcome of his charges.
