Kevin Hart is facing a $60 million lawsuit for an alleged incident that happened inside the Cosmopolitan hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
The lawsuit was filed by Montia Sabbag. She says that it happened in 2017 and was planned by Hart and his friend J.T. Jackson, according to TMZ.
Sabbag says that Jackson set up cameras to record her encounter with Hart.
Jackson was later charged with attempting to get money from the comedian.
Hart has maintained he knew nothing about the cameras.
Sabbag says differently.
